With 30 years of integrated experience in marketing, brand and fashion communications, Jeffrey has put his proven knowledge of creative strategy, vision, conceptualisation, communication and management to work triumphantly for local and global lifestyle and luxury brands. His creativity and brand thinking have helped modernAge made its mark on brand and marketing works for BMW, Rolls Royce, MINI, Range Rover, Paragon, ION, TANGS Singapore, METRO Singapore, Guess, La Perla, Calvin Klein Jeans, Jean Paul Gaultier, Moschino, Ermenegildo Zegna, Miele, Samsung, M1, Keppel Corporation, German Centre, Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Press Holdings and many more.
Before co-founding modernAge, Jeffrey was a well-respected fashion editor in New York City, doing ground-breaking fashion coverage, creating trendsetting fashion editorials and styling covers with celebrities like Halle Berry, Ethan Hawke, Barry Manilow, Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. With his keen fashion eye and immaculate sense of style, he was also well sought-after by then record companies like Polygram, Sony Music, Warner Brothers, EMI, Elektra, Atlantic and Arista to create cutting-edge images for their recording artists. 
Already a trailblazer in his college years, Jeffrey gave up prestigious law school in Singapore to study at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Edward Tang

Edward’s roster of clients reads like the who’s who of shopping malls in Singapore — Paragon, Mandarin Gallery, ION, Takashimaya, Wisma, Orchard Central, Shaw Centre, Centrepoint, Wheelock Place, Raffles City, Vivocity, Downtown Gallery, among many others. With a career spanning across retail design, visual merchandising and retail advertising and promotions, Edward has spent many years developing creative campaigns and strategies for major retail malls locally and in China. 
As one of Singapore’s creative pioneers in building and street festive decor designs, his cutting-edge works have illuminated many a mall and his award-winning Christmas street decor have won many international accolades for Singapore’s main shopping street, Orchard Road. Consistently, Edward uses his pedigree of campaign thinking and innovation to push the creative boundaries on each project, big or small.

Before co-founding modernAge, Edward was head of Advertising and Promotions of Takashimaya Singapore, where he directed all advertising and promotional activities for the entire shopping centre which houses over 100 retailers and Tang’s Studio. It’s this progressive mentality that made him kickstart Takashimaya’s very own in-house advertising agency.
